Last night we had another wonderful Gurlz Ride! About 15 gurlz showed up to enjoy the summer like temps.
We started at the main Marshall Mesa Trail Head, rode up Coal Seam to Community Ditch, crossed H93 (yuck at rush hour!), turned onto Doudy Draw and then the fantastic Springbrook loop trail. That is one tastey piece of trail!
We encountered this feller along the way! He was about six feet long!

Some of us rode up to the top of Doudy Draw, just so we could turn around and ride back down it!! Super fun!
About half of us headed on over to Southern Sun for a beer and some burgers. Thanks for another great ride everyone!

ReplyDeleteNice pre-crash photos of me :) Brakes got fixed Friday (wedged too close to the shifters), hand is now many zombie-like colors, but I still raced Saturday and had a good time!
